Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sorgun SK's Bumin Utkan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Battal Cüneyt Serdar's late challenge caught a Sorgun SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Battal Cüneyt Serdar helped the player get up and apologised. After 13th play minutes Ümit Nefer shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Orkun Sulasi and just under the crossbar into goal. Bumin Utkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orkun Sulasi having to interfere. Kürşat İpek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alphan Talip in the 19th minute of play. Orkun Sulasi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aktuğ İlmen. Bumin Utkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Orkun Sulasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kürşat İpek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alphan Talip in the 32nd minute of the match. Bumin Utkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aykut Akdamar's late challenge caught a Sorgun SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aykut Akdamar helped the player get up and apologised. When Aktuğ İlmen fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorgun SK's protests and gave Aktuğ İlmen a yellow card for diving instead. Özal Saylan took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kürşat İpek. Kürşat İpek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alphan Talip made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play Yildirim's Aykut Akdamar was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Bumin Utkan took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orkun Sulasi. Orkun Sulasi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Zühtü Tutkun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kürşat İpek having to interfere. Ümit Nefer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Cahit Gazir fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorgun SK's protests and gave Cahit Gazir a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Yildirim booed when Sorgun SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cahit Gazir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zühtü Tutkun might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kürşat İpek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zühtü Tutkun ran back to his position shaking his head. Zühtü Tutkun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kürşat İpek having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Cahit Gazir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80thth minute of the game Ümit Nefer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yildirim's Orkun Sulasi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yildirim's Orkun Sulasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bumin Utkan in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ümit Nefer in the 83rd minute of play forced Yildirim's goalkeeper Orkun Sulasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orkun Sulasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sorgun SK had won after a very even match.
