With a little luck, Gokturkspor's Tayyip Demirtekin got control of the ball when Aras Görkem Tüzünalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aras Görkem Tüzünalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tayyip Demirtekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Suphi Kaptan made the kick off in the second half. Gokturkspor's Abdulhamit Ciray got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Abdulhamit Ciray came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Gokturkspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulhamit Ciray couldn't finish the play. In the 55thth minute of the game Suphi Kaptan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 61 GeCe's Kerem Talaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdulhamit Ciray who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Kerem Talaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Suphi Kaptan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Kerem Talaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kerem Talaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Suphi Kaptan in the 60th minute of the match. Kerem Talaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suphi Kaptan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The 61 GeCe fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when 61 GeCe's Aras Görkem Tüzünalp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
