Süruri Başayoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ufuk Ulumeriç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Baskil booed when Sehitkamil JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özmen Seri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Ufuk Ulumeriç reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Süruri Başayoğlu. The goal made the score 1-0. Cesur Enginer charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesur Enginer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Baskil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesur Enginer to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Emrah Selil in the 17th minute really tested Süruri Başayoğlu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Özmen Seri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sehitkamil JK's Emrah Selil couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Baskil. Ufuk Ulumeriç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ufuk Ulumeriç in the 43rd minute of play forced Baskil's goalkeeper Süruri Başayoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özmen Seri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Süruri Başayoğlu having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arif Ensar Rukni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ufuk Ulumeriç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şenol Özbal hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özmen Seri in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Süruri Başayoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zülfü Nazif could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Mustafa İzzet Davutoğlu made a huge save. Mustafa İzzet Davutoğlu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Zülfü Nazif sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Hulusi Boğataş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sehitkamil JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hulusi Boğataş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Süruri Başayoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Altan Çakmur fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baskil's protests and gave Altan Çakmur a yellow card for diving instead. Altan Çakmur kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Ufuk Ulumeriç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th match minute, Baskil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şenol Özbal to maneuver through the defense. Süruri Başayoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özmen Seri in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sehitkamil JK's zone, Arif Ensar Rukni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa İzzet Davutoğlu came out of the goal and Arif Ensar Rukni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sehitkamil JK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Baskil for a fine match.
