Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Haldun Yaruk kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute of the match, Ahmet Emir Nasrullah tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet Sedat Tekgül saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Haldun Yaruk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altan Değirmencioğlu having to interfere. After 6 played minutes Edremit got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Emir Nasrullah. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şadi Sabih in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Altan Değirmencioğlu saved Edremit from getting behind. Altan Değirmencioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haldun Yaruk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Şadi Sabih managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray's supporters rose to their feet, but Şadi Sabih was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Altan Değirmencioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Haldun Yaruk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Sedat Tekgül made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Atalan Beyhan sent off a good shot on target. Altan Değirmencioğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haldun Yaruk went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Edremit's goal looked a bit too open when Haldun Yaruk came free, but Altan Değirmencioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özmen Aysan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Songurhan Nusrettin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes of play, Edremit's Atalan Beyhan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Sedat Tekgül was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haldun Yaruk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altan Değirmencioğlu having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Özmen Aysan took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Ahmet Sedat Tekgül to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Şadi Sabih's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Altan Değirmencioğlu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edremit's goalkeeper Altan Değirmencioğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Altan Değirmencioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haldun Yaruk, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haldun Yaruk in the 94th minute of play forced Edremit's goalkeeper Altan Değirmencioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Emir Nasrullah hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
