When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Hamdullah Hacılar put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Koray İlighan. 10 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Tolga Hendekli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baskın Dinç. 13 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş JK's Cihan Ülkem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Koray İlighan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Koray İlighan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hamdullah Hacılar's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Beşiktaş JK's Ulvi Karacan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Barışcan Akkan in the 26 minute of the game. Ulvi Karacan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Koray İlighan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Hamdullah Hacılar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beşiktaş JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamdullah Hacılar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arif Buğra Ocak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koray İlighan having to interfere. Cihan Ülkem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Koray İlighan having to make a save. In the 38th minute of the match Orbay Cebe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Tolga Hendekli skillfully saved the ball. Koray İlighan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamdullah Hacılar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cihan Ülkem struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Koray İlighan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beşiktaş JK. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamdullah Hacılar in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Koray İlighan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Selçuk Muhsin's late challenge caught a Beşiktaş JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Selçuk Muhsin helped the player get up and apologised. Selçuk Muhsin kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match.
