One of fenercell:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Edremit:s goal. Güngör Çelenk walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 6th minute, Ömer Rıza Şemseddin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kuddusî Servet was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Özmen Aysan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Özmen Aysan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ahmet Emir Nasrullah kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Şafak Kalhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altan Değirmencioğlu having to interfere. When Mümtazer Şahruh fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fenercell's protests and gave Mümtazer Şahruh a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, fenercell's Mümtazer Şahruh got a free kick in the 24th minute. When Atalan Beyhan came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Edremit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atalan Beyhan couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Edremit's Kamuran Özaltın got a free kick in the 26th minute. After recieving a nice pass, fenercell's Erkin Tezcan tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Şafak Kalhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altan Değirmencioğlu having to interfere. Atalan Beyhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Kuddusî Servet made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atalan Beyhan got free with Kuddusî Servet in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Şafak Kalhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. fenercell's supporters rose to their feet, but Şafak Kalhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Altan Değirmencioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 42 in the game by Atalan Beyhan from a close distance when the talented Kuddusî Servet managed to make a qualified save. fenercell's players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Efe Güzir made a kick off. In the 55th minute, one of Edremit:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Edremit. When the match had been going on for 58 minutes, fenercell's Erkin Tezcan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Altan Değirmencioğlu. Şafak Kalhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sami Batıray's late challenge caught a fenercell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sami Batıray helped the player get up and apologised. Altan Değirmencioğlu made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Şafak Kalhan sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, fenercell's Ahmet Efe Güzir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Altan Değirmencioğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atalan Beyhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altan Değirmencioğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şafak Kalhan in the 83rd minute. Altan Değirmencioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Efe Güzir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Güngör Çelenk fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The goalkeeper, Altan Değirmencioğlu, was totally fooled by fenercell's Erkin Tezcan, who 88 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 92nd minute Atalan Beyhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuddusî Servet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şafak Kalhan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Altan Değirmencioğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Edremit's Altan Değirmencioğlu got control of the ball when Şafak Kalhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Edremit fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 102nd minute. Penalty! Erkin Tezcan shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. fenercell walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
