Besiktas FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Atahan Gürçınar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arda Turgay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arda Turgay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fatih Coşar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Besiktas FK's Selmi Vahap got control of the ball when Ali Baran Ekşioğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Bahceköy JK's Selmi Vahap threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Savaşer Mahşer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Savaşer Mahşer struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Selmi Vahap didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bahceköy JK. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Savaşer Mahşer was the one to do the kick off. If Atahan Gürçınar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bahceköy JK's Ali Baran Ekşioğlu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bahceköy JK's zone, Fatih Coşar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arda Turgay came out of the goal and Fatih Coşar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arda Turgay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atahan Gürçınar in the 68th minute of the match. Selmi Vahap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Baran Ekşioğlu in the 86th minute of the match. Selmi Vahap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Baran Ekşioğlu in the 92nd minute of play. Besiktas FK's Selmi Vahap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Baran Ekşioğlu in the 97th minute of play. Besiktas FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
