After a defensive mix-up in Fenerza's zone, Şansal Torel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halit Ziya Dilsafa came out of the goal and Şansal Torel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halit Ziya Dilsafa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şansal Torel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY SK's Çelebi Refik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Halit Ziya Dilsafa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39 minutes, Sabahattin Baloğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fenerza and the GALATASARAY SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Özgür Tulunay hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After having played for 52 minutes, Lütfü Tor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenerza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lütfü Tor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Çelebi Refik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Şansal Torel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Halit Ziya Dilsafa. Fenerza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şansal Torel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Çelebi Refik got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 64 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY SK's Şansal Torel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Halit Ziya Dilsafa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lütfü Tor in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cengiz Cezlan saved GALATASARAY SK from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Fenerza's goalkeeper Halit Ziya Dilsafa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şansal Torel. After some careless play in the Fenerza defense, Çelebi Refik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Halit Ziya Dilsafa. The Fenerza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Halit Ziya Dilsafa should have stopped the shot. If Şansal Torel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şansal Torel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halit Ziya Dilsafa having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şansal Torel got free with Halit Ziya Dilsafa in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Çelebi Refik recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Halit Ziya Dilsafa. Çelebi Refik showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 90th minute, Şensoy Ömür got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Talha Toktimur hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Çelebi Refik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
