When Atahan Genişyürek, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sefa Rıza was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Abayhan Oran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamza Ünlem charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamza Ünlem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sefa Rıza came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Fatih's Atahan Genişyürek. But to his dismay, Atahan Genişyürek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cat's Sefa Rıza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Cat from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Akın Murathan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cat's supporters rose to their feet, but Akın Murathan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 93rd minute, Fatih's Bulut Hüryaşar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bulut Hüryaşar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fatih protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bulut Hüryaşar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Fatih:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cat:s goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abayhan Oran in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sefa Rıza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded Fatih left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cat.
