Sefa Rıza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd minute Batuğ Uluer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okan İlkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muammer Uçhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sefa Rıza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Cat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celal Ülküm to maneuver through the defense. If Muammer Uçhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Anıl Paker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sefa Rıza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 31 in the game by Muammer Uçhan from a close distance when the talented Sefa Rıza managed to make a qualified save. Cat's players were relieved. Muammer Uçhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Sefa Rıza made a huge save. Rüstem Reis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Muammer Uçhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sincanli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muammer Uçhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Muammer Uçhan struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sefa Rıza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sincanli. When Muammer Uçhan came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Sincanli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muammer Uçhan couldn't finish the play. The Sincanli fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Sincanli's Mehmet Anıl Paker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 minutes, Turabi Yerel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sincanli and the Cat players grew even worse after the yellow card. Turabi Yerel kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Mehmet Anıl Paker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sefa Rıza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mehmet Anıl Paker's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Cat's Sefa Rıza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Anıl Paker in the 63rd minute of play. When Şensoy Ertaş fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sincanli's protests and gave Şensoy Ertaş a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Şensoy Ertaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sefa Rıza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emrullah Taha kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Sefa Rıza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muammer Uçhan in the 88th minute of the match. Akın Murathan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sincanli were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
