After some careless play in the batuhanspor defense, Ekber Erçelik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gökalp Deren. The batuhanspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gökalp Deren should have stopped the shot. Gökalp Deren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekber Erçelik, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Niyazi Durna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ali Ağca in the 31st minute of the match.
