The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Suat Çokay hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Nebi Ayvazoğlu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Yüregir's Murat Selim Mutlualp didn't even have to move. If Gafur Boyraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kılıçalp Güzir had several of the Yüregir's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Murat Selim Mutlualp as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 18 minutes, Kılıçalp Güzir made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Yüregir's Murat Selim Mutlualp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Arda Titiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şadi Kayraalp kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Kılıçalp Güzir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Murat Selim Mutlualp, 4-0. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Gafur Boyraz sped through Fıorentınaa9988's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ertunç Yastıkcığlu. With his leg Murat Selim Mutlualp managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Fıorentınaa9988's Arda Titiz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gafur Boyraz took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ertunç Yastıkcığlu. Ertunç Yastıkcığlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Arda Titiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gafur Boyraz was the one to do the kick off. Kılıçalp Güzir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Murat Selim Mutlualp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Yüregir's Şadi Kayraalp got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Kılıçalp Güzir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murat Selim Mutlualp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Yetkiner Harzemşah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arda Titiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murat Selim Mutlualp having to interfere. In the 66thth minute of the game Kılıçalp Güzir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yüregir's Murat Selim Mutlualp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gafur Boyraz struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ertunç Yastıkcığlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yüregir. Zülfikar Sönmezalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ertunç Yastıkcığlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zülfikar Sönmezalp ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 70 minutes, Kılıçalp Güzir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fıorentınaa9988's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kılıçalp Güzir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Fıorentınaa9988's Kılıçalp Güzir in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yüregir's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Kılıçalp Güzir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fıorentınaa9988's supporters rose to their feet, but Kılıçalp Güzir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murat Selim Mutlualp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute, Arda Titiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murat Selim Mutlualp was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 84th match minute, Fıorentınaa9988 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arda Titiz to maneuver through the defense. Ertunç Yastıkcığlu was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Gafur Boyraz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gafur Boyraz really showed his touch with that goal: 5-3. When Kutluay Taçkın fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fıorentınaa9988's protests and gave Kutluay Taçkın a yellow card for diving instead. Kutluay Taçkın hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Fıorentınaa9988 were the better team. Fıorentınaa9988's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
