Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5413, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Vefa UNITED FC's Servet Afacan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baybora Oytunç didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şansal Kaman went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Vefa UNITED FC booed when Artova FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demircan Volkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Artova FK's zone, Emir Soner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Balaban Riayet came out of the goal and Emir Soner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Emir Soner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Balaban Riayet was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Servet Afacan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Emir Soner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balaban Riayet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Artova FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vefa UNITED FC were winning 1-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hamza Işık to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Servet Afacan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vefa UNITED FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Servet Afacan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hakkı Candeğer kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Balaban Riayet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emir Soner went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. If Emir Soner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artova FK's Balaban Riayet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servet Afacan in the 82nd minute of play. If Emir Soner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Servet Afacan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Balaban Riayet, passed just outside the right post. If Emir Soner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Artova FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vefa UNITED FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
