Güray Akbayrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafet Işıner, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Göksun Nursal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zonguldak sk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göksun Nursal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Zonguldak sk's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Esat Pektaşi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Esat Pektaşi came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Aydinspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esat Pektaşi couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Asaf Hatemoğlu to make the kick off. If Esat Pektaşi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Esat Pektaşi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Menderes Sehim was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Göksun Nursal got in the 62nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Güray Akbayrak handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asaf Hatemoğlu in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Menderes Sehim saved Zonguldak sk from getting behind. After having played for 79 minutes, Esat Pektaşi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aydinspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esat Pektaşi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
