The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, İzzet Salih mouthed his way into the referee's book. The supporters of Dogubeyazit JK booed when Haymana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fırat Sarıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. İzzet Salih recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Haymana defense, İzzet Salih kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Muharrem Velican. The Haymana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Muharrem Velican should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Dogubeyazit JK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Haşim Polatalp hit a great ball. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Haymana's goalkeeper Muharrem Velican, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If İzzet Salih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Murathan Hinoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dogubeyazit JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Murathan Hinoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muharrem Velican breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. İzzet Salih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muharrem Velican having to interfere. Murathan Hinoğlu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Muharrem Velican came out and tried to block the shot, but Murathan Hinoğlu slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ilgaz Tandan was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, İzzet Salih notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Haymana's Muharrem Velican. Muharrem Velican was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
