Tayfun Özsen's late challenge caught a Kandira FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tayfun Özsen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Tayfun Özsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batu Öge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özer Kani having to interfere. Özer Kani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celalettin Ongul in the 36th minute of the match. Kandira FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batu Öge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzalp Çakıroğlu in the 39th minute of play forced Kandira FK's goalkeeper Berkin Battal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sait Hattat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Corum players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kandira FK were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oğuzalp Çakıroğlu was the one to do the kick off. Corum's Baybars Başeskioğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oğuzalp Çakıroğlu in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berkin Battal saved Kandira FK from getting behind. Sait Hattat charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sait Hattat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sait Hattat kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Kandira FK's goal looked a bit too open when Baybars Başeskioğlu came free, but Berkin Battal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Corum's Baybars Başeskioğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berkin Battal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kandira FK's Berkin Battal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuzalp Çakıroğlu in the 75th minute of play. Corum's Özer Kani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Corum from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Baybars Başeskioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corum's supporters rose to their feet, but Baybars Başeskioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berkin Battal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Batu Öge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Özer Kani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Kandira FK's goal looked a bit too open when Baybars Başeskioğlu came free, but Berkin Battal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Corum's zone, Batu Öge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özer Kani came out of the goal and Batu Öge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kandira FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
