With a little luck, Cekerek FK's Enginalp Tongar got control of the ball when Görkem Ünalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kemal Sabuncu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Aytaç Canser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13thth minute of the game Aytaç Canser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DERENTİ SK's Koray Başdaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Münir Kornes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enginalp Tongar having to interfere. Oğuz Şanalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Koray Başdaş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuz Şanalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Suavi Taşer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aytaç Canser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koray Başdaş having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when DERENTİ SK's Münir Kornes in the 32nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Enginalp Tongar was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Cekerek FK through an amazing save. If Aytaç Canser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Koray Başdaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytaç Canser in the 44th minute of the match. Cekerek FK's Enginalp Tongar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Münir Kornes in the 46th minute of play. Koray Başdaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oğuz Şanalp in the 48th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Aytaç Canser made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in DERENTİ SK's zone, Aytaç Canser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Koray Başdaş came out of the goal and Aytaç Canser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Suavi Taşer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enginalp Tongar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 63 minutes into the match, Cekerek FK's goal looked a bit too open when Görkem Ünalp came free, but Enginalp Tongar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Münir Kornes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cekerek FK's Enginalp Tongar. Enginalp Tongar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the game, Oğuz Şanalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Koray Başdaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oğuz Şanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aytaç Canser came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cekerek FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aytaç Canser couldn't finish the play. If Görkem Ünalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enginalp Tongar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Münir Kornes in the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cekerek FK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for DERENTİ SK.
