Bumin Koçer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Suphi Tulum having to make a save. Abdullah İncesu came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Suphi Tulum could save by the left post. Suphi Tulum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cüneyt Nebahattin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Somaspor's Suphi Tulum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İbrahim Ethem Akalın in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Cüneyt Nebahattin rounded Somaspor's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Bumin Koçer took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Suphi Tulum to make any attempt to save it. Suphi Tulum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 67 minutes into the match, Bumin Koçer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Suphi Tulum. Somaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bumin Koçer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 95th minute İbrahim Ethem Akalın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suphi Tulum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Goalmoscow fully deserved thier win.
