The referee showed Erol Hürmetli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 30 minutes into the game, one of Altintas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 31 minutes into the match, Mehmet Bedri Baytekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kudret Mecit. Altintas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Bedri Baytekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 37th minute, Gökalp Suhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 41 played minutes Altintas got a freekick which was hit by Gökalp Suhan. In the 46th minute Hikmet Yücesoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burhanettin Refiğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burhanettin Refiğ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökalp Suhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gökalp Suhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Burhanettin Refiğ. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gökalp Suhan ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Çağrı Uçman in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kudret Mecit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Altintas booed when HEEYMNC FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zekai Toygun didn't get a good kick on the ball.
