Keramettin Bir charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Keramettin Bir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Keramettin Bir hit a great ball. HENDEKSPOR's Orhan Özmert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arın Ayazoğlu in the 25th minute of play. After 29 played minutes fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Vatan Bucuk. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by fenerbahçe's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mirza Akdal was slow to take the kick. During this time HENDEKSPOR's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on HENDEKSPOR's corner Mirza Akdal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Songurhan Urza quite easily take care of the ball. After 37 minutes, Hayati Taygun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HENDEKSPOR and the fenerbahçe players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to HENDEKSPOR getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Hayati Taygun hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, fenerbahçe's Atakan Başesgi tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Arın Ayazoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. fenerbahçe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arın Ayazoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arın Ayazoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind HENDEKSPOR's goalkeeper Orhan Özmert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bayındır Ezgü received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Songurhan Urza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, fenerbahçe's Vatan Bucuk got a free kick in the 61st minute. Keramettin Bir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orhan Özmert having to interfere. Keramettin Bir did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Orhan Özmert 70 minutes into the match. If Arın Ayazoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Songurhan Urza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bayındır Ezgü in the 76th minute of the match. Keramettin Bir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Arın Ayazoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orhan Özmert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, fenerbahçe's Orhan Özmert threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arın Ayazoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The HENDEKSPOR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. fenerbahçe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
