Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ali Galip Öztanır started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 8 minutes into the game, Çetin Duyar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fenerbahçe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mert spor the free kick. A collision led to fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Çetin Duyar hit a great ball. Habib Suyurgal came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by fenerbahçe's Arın Ayazoğlu. But to his dismay, Arın Ayazoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 14th minute, Hıdır Yahya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Songurhan Urza came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Mert spor's Ali Galip Öztanır. But to his dismay, Ali Galip Öztanır quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ali Galip Öztanır sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Hıdır Yahya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mert spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Hıdır Yahya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Songurhan Urza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Galip Öztanır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Songurhan Urza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Songurhan Urza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hıdır Yahya, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Hıdır Yahya took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Songurhan Urza. Songurhan Urza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Habib Suyurgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatan Bucuk in the 31st minute of the match. Mert spor were furious when Birant Arpacı was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 36th minute, Birant Arpacı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. fenerbahçe's Atakan Başesgi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Vatan Bucuk came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the fenerbahçe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vatan Bucuk couldn't finish the play. If Arın Ayazoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mert spor's Ali Behzat Settar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Çetin Duyar, made in the 45th minute of the game. fenerbahçe's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hıdır Yahya 48 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1.

The wind increased when Arın Ayazoğlu made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Hıdır Yahya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mert spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hıdır Yahya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emirşah Tecimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurhan Urza having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mert spor's zone, Keramettin Bir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Habib Suyurgal came out of the goal and Keramettin Bir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Arda Göksel Cezri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hıdır Yahya in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Songurhan Urza saved fenerbahçe from getting behind. Emirşah Tecimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th match minute, Mert spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vecdet Ülkü to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Keramettin Bir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vatan Bucuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Habib Suyurgal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Mert spor booed when fenerbahçe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paşa Ali Gazir didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ali Galip Öztanır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Hıdır Yahya came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mert spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hıdır Yahya couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Keramettin Bir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Habib Suyurgal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mert spor had won after a very even match.
