Spectators: 7181 (Terracing: 5388, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) After 5 played minutes WhitePyramid got a freekick which was hit by Saadettin Kanber. After some careless play in the KING of MONKEYS defense, Zühtü Özercan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esat Çelen. The KING of MONKEYS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esat Çelen should have stopped the shot. Zühtü Özercan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Esat Çelen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Zühtü Özercan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esat Çelen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Yavuz Selim Aktekin managed to get in a good position for a shot. WhitePyramid's supporters rose to their feet, but Yavuz Selim Aktekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esat Çelen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to KING of MONKEYS getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mustafa Cumhur Celilay hit a great ball. Esat Çelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zühtü Özercan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Hamit Sayhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. KING of MONKEYS's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamit Sayhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fethi Onsal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, WhitePyramid's Boğaç Yağızkan got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Kubat Mecit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the game, Yavuz Selim Aktekin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Esat Çelen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kubat Mecit might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fethi Onsal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kubat Mecit ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the game, Mustafa Cumhur Celilay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KING of MONKEYS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WhitePyramid the free kick. When Yavuz Selim Aktekin came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the WhitePyramid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yavuz Selim Aktekin couldn't finish the play.
