When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, İlyas Bürge put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Erdinç Topel. After having played for 18 minutes, Musa Özgunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sirkeci FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Musa Özgunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İlyas Bürge stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Sirkeci FK's goal looked a bit too open when Baha İlke came free, but Ahmet Nedim Olgunsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cengizhan Yatuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Tercan booed when Sirkeci FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Musa Özgunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Tercan's goal looked a bit too open when İlyas Bürge came free, but Erdinç Topel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
