The tension between the Vakfıkebir FC and the Farende players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Tolga Altuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahtiyar Binalp was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. Vakfıkebir FC's Harun Reşat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haldun Serbülend in the 26th minute of play. Harun Reşat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altan Yavuzhan in the 30th minute of the match. If Oğuzcan Ongunsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Karhan Yetkiner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haldun Serbülend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Oğuzcan Ongunsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 played minutes Farende got a freekick which was hit by Altan Yavuzhan. Ahmet Turan Urangu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oğuzcan Ongunsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vehdi Sezgi having to interfere. When Oğuzcan Ongunsu came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Vakfıkebir FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oğuzcan Ongunsu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Farende's zone, Oğuzcan Ongunsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vehdi Sezgi came out of the goal and Oğuzcan Ongunsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Oğuzcan Ongunsu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vehdi Sezgi came out and tried to block the shot, but Oğuzcan Ongunsu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 55th minute. Vakfıkebir FC's Harun Reşat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seçkin Kulan in the 58th minute of play. Vehdi Sezgi was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Oğuzcan Ongunsu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oğuzcan Ongunsu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After having played for 67 minutes, Oğuzcan Ongunsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vakfıkebir FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oğuzcan Ongunsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Vakfıkebir FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Karhan Yetkiner hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Altan Yavuzhan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Vakfıkebir FC's Harun Reşat. Harun Reşat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute, Seçkin Kulan made a precise shot to the right of Harun Reşat. Vakfıkebir FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Farende's zone, Ahmet Turan Urangu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vehdi Sezgi came out of the goal and Ahmet Turan Urangu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Turan Urangu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Vehdi Sezgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oğuzcan Ongunsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Farende players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
