With a couple of smart ball manuevers Halit Ilgın in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vehdi Sezgi saved Farende from getting behind. Halit Ilgın scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vehdi Sezgi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Başar Öktuna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vehdi Sezgi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, ÇAN ÇAN 17's goal looked a bit too open when Haldun Serbülend came free, but Acun Erdönmez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Başar Öktuna in the 21st minute of play forced Farende's goalkeeper Vehdi Sezgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Hakan Sureha hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Ahmet Hakan Sureha lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Farende's Günalp İpekli got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. Vehdi Sezgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nurtekin Akbora in the 38th minute of the match. If Nurtekin Akbora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Başar Öktuna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vehdi Sezgi having to interfere. The supporters of ÇAN ÇAN 17 booed when Farende was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seçkin Kulan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Altan Yavuzhan hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Farende's zone, Ali Haydar Keyhüsrev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vehdi Sezgi came out of the goal and Ali Haydar Keyhüsrev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Çağlar Seha was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vehdi Sezgi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nurtekin Akbora went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Vehdi Sezgi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Başar Öktuna in the 82nd minute. Farende's Vehdi Sezgi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Farende from getting a goal against them. Başar Öktuna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Vehdi Sezgi made a huge save. Başar Öktuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Vehdi Sezgi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Nurtekin Akbora managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇAN ÇAN 17's supporters rose to their feet, but Nurtekin Akbora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vehdi Sezgi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ÇAN ÇAN 17's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
