Spectators: 7028 (Terracing: 5398, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 30) Bahattin Umurbey made the kick off and thus started the match. Fazlı Yağmurdereli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hayyam Betik having to interfere. Erbatur Özsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çetin Akabe in the 6th minute of play. Fazlı Yağmurdereli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Hayyam Betik made a huge save. In the 11th minute Bahattin Umurbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erbatur Özsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erbatur Özsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bahattin Umurbey's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Fazlı Yağmurdereli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hayyam Betik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Balmumcu JK's Bahattin Umurbey in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bakırköy's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Bahattin Umurbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balmumcu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahattin Umurbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erbatur Özsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çetin Akabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Aykut Ezgü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erbatur Özsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çetin Akabe in the 40th minute of play. Bahattin Umurbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aykut Ezgü to make the kick off. Aykut Ezgü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Çetin Akabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Çetin Akabe came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Balmumcu JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çetin Akabe couldn't finish the play. Bahattin Umurbey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erbatur Özsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Aykut Ezgü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hayyam Betik having to interfere. Bahattin Umurbey struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Erbatur Özsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balmumcu JK. 81 minutes into the match, Aykut Ezgü notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Balmumcu JK's Hayyam Betik. Hayyam Betik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Bakırköy getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Yavuz Bülent Savgat hit a great ball. In the 87th minute of the match Mert Satıkbuğra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erbatur Özsen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 90 played minutes Balmumcu JK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Ekrem Kayrak. Bakırköy's Celalettin Derviş couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 91st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Balmumcu JK. The supporters of Bakırköy booed when Balmumcu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Ekrem Kayrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Çetin Akabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Balmumcu JK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
