After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Tanju Özerkmen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Temren's supporters rose to their feet, but Tanju Özerkmen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erbatur Özsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bakırköy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! Erbatur Özsen had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Veysel Tüzeman's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Erbatur Özsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Bedri Türkmen in the 15th minute of play. Bakırköy's Erbatur Özsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Bedri Türkmen in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Fazlı Yağmurdereli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aykut Ezgü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Temren's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
