The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mazhar Atlıoğlu during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Namık Karacabey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Amed spor's goalkeeper Recai Mürşit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cengizhan Songurhan. Recai Mürşit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baskın Yağız, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cengizhan Songurhan made a kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cengizhan Songurhan couldn't finish the play. Recai Mürşit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cengizhan Songurhan's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Amed spor's Recai Mürşit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baskın Yağız in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute Mehmet Gözlem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recai Mürşit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
