Abdulmelik Özyurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Halit Fahri Bergin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdulmelik Özyurts short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Halit Fahri Bergin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulmelik Özyurt in the 12th minute of play forced Jeol's goalkeeper Halit Fahri Bergin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdulmelik Özyurt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Vahap Özsan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jeol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulus FK the free kick. A collision led to Jeol getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Vahap Özsan hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Ulus FK's Abdulmelik Özyurt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Halit Fahri Bergin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fikret Akbal got free with Halit Fahri Bergin in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Jeol's Vahap Özsan got a free kick in the 26th minute. When Abdulmelik Özyurt came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ulus FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulmelik Özyurt couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Fikret Akbal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ulus FK's Şahin Balabey got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Fikret Akbal came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ulus FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fikret Akbal couldn't finish the play. Halit Fahri Bergin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulmelik Özyurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When Güney Akdoruk fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jeol's protests and gave Güney Akdoruk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Güney Akdoruk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Abdulmelik Özyurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute there was a penalty for Ulus FK. Tamer Hacıağa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Halit Fahri Bergin. 1-0. Jeol's Vahap Özsan got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Vahap Özsan off the ground. Ulus FK's Baturhan Gerdaneri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Ulus FK from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the match, Jeol's goal looked a bit too open when Fikret Akbal came free, but Halit Fahri Bergin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdulmelik Özyurt took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Halit Fahri Bergin. Halit Fahri Bergin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Fikret Akbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halit Fahri Bergin having to interfere. Fikret Akbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Halit Fahri Bergin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sümer Yalazay charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sümer Yalazay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sümer Yalazay hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Fikret Akbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeol's Halit Fahri Bergin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulmelik Özyurt in the 94th minute of play. Halit Fahri Bergin came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Ulus FK's Fikret Akbal. But to his dismay, Fikret Akbal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ulus FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jeol had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
