To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the game, Doğuş Sabih cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hulusi Şahinalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kalkan FK's Şenel Özgen got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doğuş Sabih scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hulusi Şahinalp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 22 played minutes Kalkan FK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Onul. 28 minutes into the match, İzzet Umurbey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan. Kalkan FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İzzet Umurbey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Beşir Erserim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If İzzet Umurbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the 7 Yıllık Takımı Bıraktım defense, Şenel Özgen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hulusi Şahinalp. The 7 Yıllık Takımı Bıraktım fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hulusi Şahinalp should have stopped the shot. 48 minutes into the match, 7 Yıllık Takımı Bıraktım's goal looked a bit too open when Doğuş Sabih came free, but Hulusi Şahinalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
