Kizilören's Ahmet Hafiz Cevizoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naim İlter in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aytaç Işılay in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Hafiz Cevizoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Kizilören's goal looked a bit too open when Aytaç Işılay came free, but Ahmet Hafiz Cevizoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Hafiz Cevizoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytaç Işılay in the 24th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kizilören's zone, Aytaç Işılay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Hafiz Cevizoğlu came out of the goal and Aytaç Işılay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Önder Yayalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. İsmet Kunter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Kizilören booed when Sulusaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gazanfer Akıncıbeyoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Önder Yayalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. İsmet Kunter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naim İlter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hafiz Cevizoğlu having to interfere. Zaid Temizalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İsmet Kunter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaid Temizalp in the 46th minute of play forced Sulusaray's goalkeeper İsmet Kunter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

İsmet Kunter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zaid Temizalp took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İsmet Kunter. İsmet Kunter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 71st match minute, Sulusaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özal Harmandalı to maneuver through the defense. Önder Yayalp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İsmet Kunter having to make a save. After some careless play in the Sulusaray defense, Önder Yayalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İsmet Kunter. The Sulusaray fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İsmet Kunter should have stopped the shot. After 75 minutes, Ömer Rıza Talut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kizilören and the Sulusaray players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ömer Rıza Talut kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Naim İlter charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Naim İlter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Naim İlter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İsmet Kunter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Önder Yayalp in the 82nd minute of play. İsmet Kunter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaid Temizalp in the 83rd minute of the match. İsmet Kunter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Önder Yayalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Sabri Bayraktar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
