But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Servet Muhammed couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Rauf Taşkın was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Murgul JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalkan FK the free kick. After having played for 21 minutes, Doğuş Sabih managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalkan FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğuş Sabih was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th match minute, Kalkan FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Onul to maneuver through the defense. Ümit Oksar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan made a huge save. After 44 minutes of play, Kalkan FK's Şenel Özgen made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesur Urandu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Doğuş Sabih received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cesur Urandu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan came out of the goal and Ümit Oksar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 minutes of play, Murgul JK's Servet Muhammed made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anıl Mücahit Kınıkaslan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Murgul JK had won after a very even match.
