Münir Şahinalp kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Turgay Vecihi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Atarrabi Karisma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Arakli fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Arakli's Onurhan Kaçkar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Seyfullah Erkinay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atarrabi Karisma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seyfullah Erkinay to make the kick off. The supporters of Arakli booed when Beşiktaş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyfullah Erkinay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Onurhan Kaçkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arakli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Onurhan Kaçkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Seyfullah Erkinay might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atarrabi Karisma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seyfullah Erkinay ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdurrezzak Toktimur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seyfullah Erkinay in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atarrabi Karisma saved Arakli from getting behind. With a little luck, Arakli's Atarrabi Karisma got control of the ball when Turgay Vecihi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 81 in the game by Turgay Vecihi from a close distance when the talented Atarrabi Karisma managed to make a qualified save. Arakli's players were relieved. A collision led to Beşiktaş getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Turgay Vecihi hit a great ball. Anıl Mücahit Tecer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seyfullah Erkinay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atarrabi Karisma having to interfere.
