Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arif Tugay Kızılateş started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Tugay Kızılateş in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mansur Dilhan saved FC VARTO from getting behind. Güneş Şahiner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, FC VARTO's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Tugay Kızılateş came free, but Mansur Dilhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12thth minute of the game Volkan Sait who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC VARTO's Mansur Dilhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Anıl Ozan Akburç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Volkan Sait shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mansur Dilhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arif Tugay Kızılateş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC VARTO getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Abayhan Balkan hit a great ball. After 22 minutes, Melik Mehdi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FenerBahçe and the FC VARTO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FenerBahçe's Melik Mehdi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Derman İmam managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC VARTO's supporters rose to their feet, but Derman İmam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bora Üstek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC VARTO's Demiralp Arıtan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Melik Mehdi, made in the 28th minute of the game. Bora Üstek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derman İmam, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, FC VARTO's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Atıf Akkoyun came free, but Mansur Dilhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FenerBahçe's Bora Üstek got control of the ball when Hüseyin Can Başar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Derman İmam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bora Üstek having to interfere. Bora Üstek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Güneş Şahiner, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Derman İmam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Bora Üstek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, FenerBahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Atıf Akkoyun to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind FenerBahçe's goalkeeper Bora Üstek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

If Güneş Şahiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 2-0 became the score in the 70th minute when Derman İmam elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to FC VARTO getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Anıl Ozan Akburç hit a great ball. Arif Tugay Kızılateş received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mansur Dilhan came out and tried to block the shot, but Arif Tugay Kızılateş slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 80th minute. If Arda Ozan Yürük had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bora Üstek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derman İmam in the 88th minute of the match. FenerBahçe's Bora Üstek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derman İmam in the 89th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, FenerBahçe's Ali Atıf Akkoyun made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mansur Dilhan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Güneş Şahiner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute.
