The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tunç Ateşoğlu in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enis Behiç Şahin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hasan Can Ulutaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kula SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Sadettin Saru scored to the left of an out of position Enis Behiç Şahin, making the score, 1-0. Hasan Can Ulutaş kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Tunç Ateşoğlu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Enis Behiç Şahin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vural Dilsaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Enis Behiç Şahin made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Galatasaray SK's Tunç Ateşoğlu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enis Behiç Şahin. Enis Behiç Şahin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Tunç Ateşoğlu struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Enis Behiç Şahin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray SK. Enis Behiç Şahin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enis Behiç Şahin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimmie Odén went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Enis Behiç Şahin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Odén, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The referee gave Galatasaray SK a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jimmie Odén, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kula SK's Enis Behiç Şahin. 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Galatasaray SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
