Gurular's Kurtuluş Uraza got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13thth minute of the game Kurtuluş Uraza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azdavay Fc's Necati Boranalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustafa Oğuz Selil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Necati Boranalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Azdavay Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Kurtuluş Uraza came free, but Necati Boranalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sungur Ruşen struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Birsel Ağcabey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azdavay Fc. 23 minutes into the match, Gurular's goalkeeper Birsel Ağcabey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sungur Ruşen. In the 27th minute, Baran Bilge Altıparmak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Gurular's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Giray Ahsen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Necati Boranalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Oğuz Selil, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 41st minute Kurtuluş Uraza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necati Boranalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Gurular fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Gurular's Kurtuluş Uraza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giray Ahsen to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Artaç Seyran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azdavay Fc and the Gurular players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Abdullatif Erencan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdullatif Erencan hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 played minutes Kurtuluş Uraza rounded Azdavay Fc's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Mustafa Oğuz Selil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Necati Boranalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gurular booed when Azdavay Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferman Tokgöz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Azdavay Fc's zone, Mustafa Oğuz Selil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necati Boranalp came out of the goal and Mustafa Oğuz Selil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurtuluş Uraza in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Necati Boranalp saved Azdavay Fc from getting behind. In the 82nd minute Gurular were awarded a corner. Mevlüt Ergökmen went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Azdavay Fc booed when Gurular was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurtuluş Uraza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Rahman Malkoçoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Necati Boranalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurtuluş Uraza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Azdavay Fc's Necati Boranalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Azdavay Fc from getting a goal against them. Gurular's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
