Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Naci Erbay got the match started through his kick off. When Kutlay Ayvaz came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Emirgazi SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kutlay Ayvaz couldn't finish the play. After 9 minutes, Habib Emir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Emirgazi SK and the KAYSERİ ERCİYES SPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Emirgazi SK's zone, Naci Erbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rıza Özak came out of the goal and Naci Erbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Emirgazi SK's Rıza Özak got control of the ball when Necat Zade tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emre Koytak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Habib Emir, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 33 played minutes Emirgazi SK got a freekick which was hit by Aktan Senih. Kutlay Ayvaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Koray Balkanlı came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the KAYSERİ ERCİYES SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koray Balkanlı couldn't finish the play.

After a rather tough play, KAYSERİ ERCİYES SPOR's Fadıl Türe got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Kutlay Ayvaz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emre Koytak. Kutlay Ayvaz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Aktan Senih hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Fadıl Türe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rıza Özak. Emirgazi SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kutlay Ayvaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emre Koytak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kutlay Ayvaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Raşit Tümer hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Rıza Özak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naci Erbay in the 71st minute of play. Rıza Özak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necat Zade, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 89 minutes of play, Emirgazi SK's Habib Emir made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emre Koytak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emirgazi SK's Kutlay Ayvaz got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Emirgazi SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Emirgazi SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
