Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, one of Emirgazi SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Emirgazi SK. Barış Tengiroğlu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 7 minutes into the match, Emirgazi SK's goal looked a bit too open when Erdem Yılma came free, but Rıza Özak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rıza Özak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özkan Şölen in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Emirgazi SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Ziya Gültekin to maneuver through the defense. Emirgazi SK's Rıza Özak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özkan Şölen in the 13th minute of play. Barış Tengiroğlu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Çorlu Spor's Erdem Yılma got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Kutlay Ayvaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kuddusî Başesgioğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 46 minutes of play, Emirgazi SK's Habib Emir made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kuddusî Başesgioğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Özkan Şölen to make the kick off. If Habib Emir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Özkan Şölen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rıza Özak. That made the score 2-1 in the 63 minute of play. Rıza Özak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özkan Şölen in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute Turan Özsan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuddusî Başesgioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rıza Özak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özkan Şölen, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Rıza Özak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nizam Saykut in the 78th minute. Göksel Oğuzbala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Kuddusî Başesgioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kutlay Ayvaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kutlay Ayvaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Kuddusî Başesgioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Berkant Hunalp hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Barış Tengiroğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Emirgazi SK could leave the field as winners, despite Çorlu Spor having more of the ball for most of the match.
