The audience was convinced that Türkeş Nurtekin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Orhan Rıfkı was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Güner Atatuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The crowd rose to their feet as Olcay Orkun Nurettin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Özalp Oğuztan. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. With a little luck, KARADAŞ FK's Özalp Oğuztan got control of the ball when Güner Atatuğ tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Türkeş Nurtekin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dudullu SK's Ahmet Orhan Rıfkı. Ahmet Orhan Rıfkı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dudullu SK's İskender Baki Nadi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Özalp Oğuztan but with some difficulty. 37 minutes into the game, Eray Alpaslan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ahmet Orhan Rıfkı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Türkeş Nurtekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Orhan Rıfkı having to interfere. Özalp Oğuztan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aykut Onar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 43 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Türkeş Nurtekin made a kick off. Güner Atatuğ might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Özalp Oğuztan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Güner Atatuğ ran back to his position shaking his head. Özalp Oğuztan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Güner Atatuğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. İskender Baki Nadi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Olcay Orkun Nurettin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Özalp Oğuztan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Özalp Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güner Atatuğ in the 65th minute of the match. When Eray Alpaslan fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KARADAŞ FK's protests and gave Eray Alpaslan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dudullu SK booed when KARADAŞ FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eray Alpaslan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Olcay Orkun Nurettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özalp Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KARADAŞ FK's Ahmet Reha Orsan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sermet Şahbazoğlu in the 70 minute of the game. Özalp Oğuztan came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Dudullu SK's Aykut Onar. But to his dismay, Aykut Onar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 86th minute Olcay Orkun Nurettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özalp Oğuztan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özalp Oğuztan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raşit Erduran, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 96th match minute, Dudullu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güner Atatuğ to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dudullu SK had won after a very even match.
