Cankurtaran's Hakkı Onur Çetin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abdulaziz Kutlughan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ayhan Soner got free with Oğuzalp Ulusu in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Cankurtaran getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Yaşar Nuri Gökkuşağı hit a great ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ünsal Battal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cankurtaran's Oğuzalp Ulusu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Ünsal Battal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hasköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ünsal Battal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Hasköy's Ege Üstün tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Cankurtaran's goal looked a bit too open when Ünsal Battal came free, but Oğuzalp Ulusu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ünsal Battal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Vedat Kadi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 96th playminute. Hasköy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
