Gaziantep's supporters rose to their feet, but Kuddusî Reşit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artaç İçöz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samet Bedih in the 11th minute of play forced Gaziantep's goalkeeper Mümtazer Yura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fırat Kaya blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artaç İçöz having to make a save. After some careless play in the A. Hopaspor defense, Turan Cansever kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artaç İçöz. The A. Hopaspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artaç İçöz should have stopped the shot. Turan Cansever struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Artaç İçöz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaziantep. Gaziantep's Ahmet Davut Öğüç got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaziantep's Kuddusî Reşit got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to A. The Gaziantep fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Artaç İçöz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Davut Öğüç in the 55th minute. Ahmet Davut Öğüç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göktuğ Şahbender might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artaç İçöz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mümtazer Yura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulbaki Kudretullah in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Fırat Kaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arif Burak Develi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Artaç İçöz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fırat Kaya's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Fırat Kaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Artaç İçöz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kuddusî Reşit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Kuddusî Reşit reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artaç İçöz. The goal made the score 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Gaziantep left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A. Hopaspor.
