When Refik Halit Arslantürk fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A. Hopaspor's protests and gave Refik Halit Arslantürk a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A. Hopaspor getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilge Ungan made a kick off. Kıraç İdrisoğlu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Abdulbaki Kudretullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahtiyar Karadeniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulbaki Kudretullah, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Bilge Ungan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, A. Hopaspor's goal looked a bit too open when Bilge Ungan came free, but Artaç İçöz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Bedri Yılma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bahtiyar Karadeniz. Artaç İçöz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilge Ungan in the 95th minute of the match.
