The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but İsmet Çetiner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. İsmet Çetiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaser Demirer in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Paşa Ali Songurhan suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Batuhan Taceddin charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Batuhan Taceddin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Kütahyaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batuhan Taceddin to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th match minute Pekin Karun ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised İsmet Çetiner. 1-0. Murathan Doğay charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Murathan Doğay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Kütahyaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murathan Doğay to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Abdulbaki Kudretullah notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Kütahyaspor's İsmet Çetiner. İsmet Çetiner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hopaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cahit Adaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Artaç İçöz was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Kaptan Özkent capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kaptan Özkent really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Cahit Adaş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artaç İçöz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Kaptan Özkent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artaç İçöz having to interfere. Yaser Demirer kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Kütahyaspor's Muammer Baliç broke free in the 66th minute of the match and struck a powerful long shot that almost became a goal, but instead the ball went outside the right post. An obvious chance of a goal. Cahit Adaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Artaç İçöz made a huge save. Cahit Adaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Artaç İçöz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute Abdulbaki Kudretullah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsmet Çetiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaptan Özkent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artaç İçöz having to interfere. Cahit Adaş in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Artaç İçöz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kütahyaspor's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
