Güray Tokkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Onur Ali Mengüalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Sercan Dindar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gündogmus's supporters rose to their feet, but Sercan Dindar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Emre Hizanlı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Selim Hazar got free with Onur Ali Mengüalp in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sercan Dindar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güray Tokkan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Onur Ali Mengüalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hanönü SK's zone, Sercan Dindar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Emre Hizanlı came out of the goal and Sercan Dindar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sercan Dindar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sercan Dindar came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Gündogmus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sercan Dindar couldn't finish the play. Kerem Taşer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Emre Hizanlı having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Sercan Dindar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehmet Emre Hizanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerem Taşer in the 89th minute of play. If Başaran Hazlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
