When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, İdris Tolga took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Onur Ali Mengüalp to make any attempt to save it. Kerem Taşer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Korkut Bahçeli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gündogmus's zone, Evren Pozan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Onur Ali Mengüalp came out of the goal and Evren Pozan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evren Pozan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Onur Ali Mengüalp having to interfere. Onur Ali Mengüalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çağlar Uygar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Evren Pozan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Evren Pozan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
