A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Mroo fk's goalkeeper Erkut Tarhun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin. Ali Faruk Ünsaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Erkut Tarhun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Süleyman Yerhum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sami Üke having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erkut Tarhun. Mroo fk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ali Faruk Ünsaç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tut's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Faruk Ünsaç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erkut Tarhun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Süleyman Yerhum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sami Üke having to interfere. In the 35th minute Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkut Tarhun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Süleyman Yerhum's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sami Üke was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 45th minute Süleyman Yerhum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sami Üke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47thth minute of the game Gündüz Koray who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tut's Sami Üke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Faruk Ünsaç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkut Tarhun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Gündüz Koray fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 57 played minutes Mroo fk got a freekick which was hit by Alpay Gelenbe. Sami Üke made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Süleyman Yerhum sent off a good shot on target. If Cabbar Derinöz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Gündüz Koray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sami Üke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sami Üke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süleyman Yerhum in the 66th minute of play. Süleyman Yerhums short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Sami Üke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gündüz Koray in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sami Üke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 78 minutes, Süleyman Yerhum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mroo fk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Süleyman Yerhum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 1-1 became the score in the 81st minute when Gündüz Koray elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mroo fk's Saffet Akdamar got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Erkut Tarhun came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Tut's Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin. But to his dismay, Mustafa Hakan Sahadettin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Tut's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
