The audience was convinced that Gürol Talha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tarkan Taşkan was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürol Talha in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarkan Taşkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ergün Ergüleç came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the SC Nankatsu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ergün Ergüleç couldn't finish the play. Gürol Talha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Yıldırım Spor A.Ş.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hayrettin Tankoç came free, but Tarkan Taşkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Yıldırım Spor A.Ş.'s zone, Gürol Talha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarkan Taşkan came out of the goal and Gürol Talha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürol Talha in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarkan Taşkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half SC Nankatsu were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ecevit Hazar made a kick off. When SC Nankatsu's Gürol Talha in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yıldırım Spor A.Ş.'s goalie prevented a goal. Tarkan Taşkan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gürol Talha's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Tarkan Taşkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürol Talha in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Yıldırım Spor A.Ş. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balamir Koçyiğit to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Dinç Saruhan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tarkan Taşkan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Ergün Ergüleç came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the SC Nankatsu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ergün Ergüleç couldn't finish the play. Gürol Talha had several of the Yıldırım Spor A.Ş.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Tarkan Taşkan as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ecevit Hazar in the 72nd minute of play forced SC Nankatsu's goalkeeper Enginalp Avcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürol Talha struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Tarkan Taşkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Nankatsu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürol Talha in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarkan Taşkan saved Yıldırım Spor A.Ş. from getting behind. Tarkan Taşkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürol Talha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Gürol Talha made a precise shot to the right of Tarkan Taşkan. Yıldırım Spor A.Ş.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The supporters of Yıldırım Spor A.Ş. booed when SC Nankatsu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergün Ergüleç didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over SC Nankatsu could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Yıldırım Spor A.Ş. throughout the match.
