When Güvenç Safvetullah fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Güvenç Safvetullah a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Güvenç Safvetullah. Doğan Sönmez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Rıfkı Acem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Engin Rıfkı. Atilla Tarkan Altun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beyhan Akalın in the 13th minute of play. When İzzet Babacan fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Andirin FK's protests and gave İzzet Babacan a yellow card for diving instead. İzzet Babacan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Rıfkı Acem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğan Sönmez in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes of play Fenerbahçe's Güvenç Safvetullah was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Güvenç Safvetullah hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Engin Rıfkı kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rıfkı Acem. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Doğan Sönmez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fenerbahçe's Rıfkı Acem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute, Arif Bilge Şafakoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doğan Sönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıfkı Acem having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Doğan Sönmez was the one to do the kick off. If Engin Rıfkı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Andirin FK's Atilla Tarkan Altun got control of the ball when Beyhan Akalın tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Fenerbahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beyhan Akalın to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Rıfkı Acem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. İzzet Babacan got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Rıfkı Acem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Engin Rıfkı's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Engin Rıfkı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Engin Rıfkı had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rıfkı Acem. Fenerbahçe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Engin Rıfkı was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Engin Rıfkı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Arif Bilge Şafakoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rıfkı Acem was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Engin Rıfkı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Baran Alp Yılğıralp fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Baran Alp Yılğıralp a yellow card for diving instead. 94 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goal looked a bit too open when Engin Rıfkı came free, but Rıfkı Acem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Engin Rıfkı struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Rıfkı Acem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andirin FK. When the referee ended the match the Andirin FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
