When Mustafa Yaşar Akbey came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Caldiran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Yaşar Akbey couldn't finish the play. Sami Kayaer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ertuğrul Hurmacı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İlmi Tüzüner placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The supporters of Göynük booed when Caldiran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alptuğ Kayaalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sami Kayaer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ertuğrul Hurmacı in the 30th minute of play. When Reha Sarıalp came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Göynük fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reha Sarıalp couldn't finish the play. Ertuğrul Hurmacı took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sami Kayaer. Sami Kayaer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Göynük's Ertuğrul Hurmacı got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Göynük's Artun Gilşah in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caldiran's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute, Ertuğrul Hurmacı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sami Kayaer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ertuğrul Hurmacı to make the kick off. Ertuğrul Hurmacı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sami Kayaer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Sami Kayaer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ertuğrul Hurmacı, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The corner led Göynük's İlmi Tüzüner to fire away a dangerous shot which Sami Kayaer despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ertuğrul Hurmacı struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Sami Kayaer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Göynük. Ertuğrul Hurmacı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sami Kayaer was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıray Paye in the 92nd minute of play forced Göynük's goalkeeper Asaf Orgunalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Reha Sarıalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Yaşar Akbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
