The audience was convinced that Alemdar Kuray's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serdar Eker was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Muhammet Tavgaç was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Mustafa Namık Selmi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The referee showed Vecdet Huzur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for OSMANLI İMPARATORLUĞU. Alemdar Kuray stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Serdar Eker. 1-1. If Mustafa Namık Selmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 48th minute, Mustafa Namık Selmi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alemdar Kuray made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Namık Selmi in the 74th minute of play forced OSMANLI İMPARATORLUĞU's goalkeeper Muhammet Tavgaç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bayrampasa JK's Baybars Açıkel got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Mustafa Namık Selmi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Muhammet Tavgaç was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.
